SKINS will be Monday play only. Cost is $20/Team. Skins are voluntary. Those who wish to participate MUST enter at registration before Monday's opening round of play.
Also this year we are doing a 1 day (monday) medal play for those wishing to participate in an individual tournament. The cost will be $25 per person. Please include the $25 entry fee with your other entry fees. This 1 day event will be paid in cash like the skins. These competitions are only on Monday.
Flighting for this event will be determined by number of entries.
ENTRANTS must pay the $25 Annual Membership Fee. Membership forms are available under the Join OSGA tab at the top of web page.
The 2 man tournament will consist of a best ball on Monday and a Chapman on Tuesday. (Chapman both players hit their drive then for the 2nd shot parteners play each others ball, Player A hits Player B ball, Player B hits Player A ball. The team then selects the best ball and play alternate shot until the ball is holed. Pick player A ball then player B plays the next shot, alternate players until the ball is holed. Repeat the sequence for the next hole.
Tee times are noon on Monday and 9am on Tuesday.
Flights will be determined by age
50-59 1st flight
60-69 2nd flight
70-79 3rd flight
80 up 4th flight
We will pay both gross and net in each flight. You cannot win more than one prize. Exception if you paid for the one day individual tournament you can win one prize and another prize in the main tournament.

ENTRY FEE / SCHEDULE
Entries are open to members who have paid their $25 OSGA annual assessment fee for 2024. The tournament entry fee is $175. This includes Monday and Tuesday green fees, carts, range balls, prizes, appetizers after play on Monday, and Hamburgers after play on Tuesday. To enter the tournament: print, fill out and mail the tournament entry form under the Enter Tournament tab above. The entry deadline is October 1, 2024. If this is your only tournament played this year, the $25 OSGA dues will be good for all 4 tournaments in 2026.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS
The tournament will be two days of partnership competition. You pick your own partner. If you don't have a partner, contact Terry Hansel (sec/treasurer) and if anyone else needs a partner, he might be able to connect you with a partner. Also, if you have non-OSGA senior golfing friends, this is a great opportunity to invite them to join OSGA and partner with you.
Monday's competition "Two-Man Best-Ball" - Tuesday's competition "Two-Man Scramble"
The tournament will be flighted by team handicaps. The team handicap for the Scramble will 35% of low handicap plus 15% of high handicap. Team handicap for the Best-Ball will be 70% of low handicap plus 30% of high handicap.
The team handicaps will determine flights (1st, 2nd, 3rd,etc) according to the number of entries.
There will be gross and net prizes in all flights. Ties for first place will be resolved by a score card playoff beginning with the lowest handicap hole. Prize pools will be based on the number of teams in each flight.
There will be an optional individual tournament on Monday only, cost $25. Flights will be determined by the number of entries. We will pay gross and net in each flight.
